In collaboration with Chef Subash, a highly experienced chef with extensive international expertise and deep roots in Indian culinary tradition, we have crafted a menu that stays true to authentic recipes, techniques, and philosophy. Chef Subash is a partner with Nenad, Krsta and Nikola in this sub-concept and personally stands behind every flavor we serve.
